2. GIFT FULFILLMENT AND DELIVERY

• AUTOMATIC FULFILLMENT: THE CUSTOMER IS NOT REQUIRED TO CLAIM THE FREE GIFT. The Store Owner utilizes the customer address provided with the qualifying Fourth Wall order to automatically ship the free gift.

• SHIPPING ADDRESS: The free gift will be shipped to the complete, valid, and deliverable address provided by the customer with their qualifying merchandise order. The store owner is not responsible for any issues arising from an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer.

• PROCESSING & SHIPPING: The free gift will be shipped separately and may not arrive with the apparel order. Please allow 10-14 business days for processing and delivery of the free gift after a valid claim is received.

3. LIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMERS

• EFFECT OF ORDER CANCELLATION/REFUND: The eligibility for the "Free White Monster Case" is conditional upon the qualifying purchase remaining an active, non-refunded, and non-cancelled order. If the customer requests a refund or cancels the qualifying merchandise order for any reason after the free gift has been shipped, the Store Owner reserves the right to deduct the fair market value of the free gift (plus any associated shipping costs for the gift) from the refund amount. If a refund is requested before the gift has been shipped, the gift will not be sent.

• UNDELIVERABLE GIFT: If the free gift is returned to the Store Owner as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the Store Owner is not obligated to re-ship the item unless the customer pays for the new shipping costs.
